Qualifications/Description:

 The Kidcity Children's Museum in downtown Middletown is hiring Floor Staff for Summer 2009 (from mid-May to early-September). Kidcity is an educational tourist attraction where grown-ups and kids come to play pretend together.  As a Floor Staff worker, you'll help things run smoothly, clean up messes, and make sure our visitors are having a great time.  There is no childcare involved, but you should be the kind of person who enjoys being around kids having fun.  Experience working with the public is a plus.  If you are reliable, self-motivated and would be able to make a commitment to Kidcity, come by to meet Lindsey or Caitlin and fill out an application. Applicants must have demonstrated work-study eligibility during 2008-09 academic year.

Department Hours:

 Open 7 days a week during daytime hours

Hours/Week:

 Full and part-time positions available

Start Date:

Full and partial season positions are available, with openings from mid-May to early-September.

Hourly Rate:

 $8.50 for new Floor Staff members
