relative to any special circumstances that affect their ability to
contribute to a Wesleyan education directly to Wesleyan.
3. Signed
copies of the student's and parents' 2007 federal tax return and W2

Imaging & Documentation (IDOC) Service, NOT Wesleyan, with the
IDOC Cover Sheet*. If there is a filing extension, submit the extension form to
the financial aid office by May 15.
Eligibility for aid can not be determined until the tax return is
submitted to Wesleyan.
New for 2008:
In an effort to reduce the number of items a student needs to
provide, noncustodial parent information does not need to be
submitted annually. The noncustodial parent has the option of
requesting a formal review of his or her current information.
Unless we are otherwise advised by you or your noncustodial parent,
Wesleyan will use last years application as a basis for determining
the 2008-09
noncustodial contribution.
4. If
parents operate a business or farm, a
Business/Farm Supplement
(.pdf file) and a copy of the most recent partnership or corporate
tax return. Submit to Wesleyan.

* On February
15, 2008, the College Board's IDOC Service emailed instructions explaining
how they (not Wesleyan) will collect the documents indicated above for
processing your 2008-09 aid. Read the instructions carefully in order to avoid delays
and late penalties. The College Board will collect, scan and forward
your documents to Wesleyan via a secured website.
After
reviewing application materials, the Office of Financial Aid may
determine that additional information is needed. The office will
contact the applicant to request any additional documentation.

admitted to Wesleyan with financial aid should complete an
