Use the following procedures to create your four-digit PIN# to activate the cash advance option on your PCARD.  Cardholders should call 1-877-655-6837.  Do not call the customer service number on the back of the card for this set-up feature. 

Provide:              

1.)  credit card number

2.)  last 4 digits of WesID (not social security number)

*Note:  Per JPMorgan, the PIN# will be effective one business day following the activation date.  Please plan accordingly.
