Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office is primarily responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. The University Cashier, which processes deposits, the Student Loan Office, which maintains loan and repayment records, and WesCard, the ID system for dining, etc. are also part of Student Accounts. The Student Accounts Office is located on the 1st Floor of North College.

Payment Due Dates to Return to Campus Each Semester:

Fall semester:  August 15th
Spring semester: January 1st

To obtain a copy of the bill/make electronic payments use the E-Billing system. To view current account activity (i.e. payments received) click on 'Student Account' within the student electronic portfolio.
