Personal Payments
E-Check
E-Check is a convenient, online way to debit a bank
account directly. This can be accomplished utilizing the Wesleyan
E-Billing system.
Personal Check or Money Order
The University accepts personal checks and money orders,
which should be made payable to "Wesleyan University." Please
send your payment (along with the payment stub) to our lockbox in Hartford.
The address is printed on the bill that you can download and print from the
E-Billing website by clicking the white PDF icon on the "Current Statement"
page.
Credit Cards
Wesleyan University does not accept credit card payments
for undergraduate or graduate student bills.
Wire Transfers
Please contact the Student Accounts Office directly at
student-accounts@wesleyan.edu for information relating to wire transfers.
Payment Plan and Loans
There are
alternative options to the lump sum payments on the semester due dates.
Information about these options is available from the Student Accounts Office
(for the Monthly Payment Plan) or the
Financial Aid Office (for loans) or can be found online at: www.wesleyan.edu/finaid/finance.html
Monthly Payment Plan
This is an interest-free, 10-month plan administered by
Key Education Resources. It begins on July 1 and covers the charges for the academic
year beginning in September. There is a $50 application fee. The on-line
application and downloadable paper application can be found at the link above.
