Financial Systems  

Financial Systems consist of the following:

                FRS - Financial Records System, is the primary Financial System for the University.

FRS is supported and accessed by the following web-based satellite systems, which are accessible through employee portfolio under Financial Systems:

  • ePrint - A reporting system for standard monthly reports.
  • BMaps - Budget Management and Planning System
  • ELF (ELectronic Forms) - A data entry system for Journal Entries.
  • Electronic Forms User Maintenance
  • Inquiry - An interactive, dynamic data warehouse for all financial data. Users are able to select date criteria, run reports and download reports to an excel spreadsheet.
