Please call Ricoh-USA Customer Service at (888) 456-6457 for your copier service needs.  Give the dispatcher your copier ID#, located on the front of the copier. 
The dispatcher will contact Dave to arrange a service call.

Please do not place service calls directly to the technician.

There are two ways in which to place a service call or order supplies (toner, staples):

Option A: Call 888 456-6457

For Service choose option 2 then press 0 to speak to a customer service representative.
            You will need to provide the equipment ID found on the Ikon sticker.

For Supplies choose option 3 then press 0 to speak to a customer service representative.
            You will need to provide the equipment ID found on the Ikon sticker.

Complete the online form then click submit.  You will receive an email confirmation on your service call.

Click on Register and fill in the information for steps 1 and 2.  You only need to complete the registration process once. The next time you log on you will use your email address and password you created when you registered.
