Application

• Greater Middletown Area Teachers' Scholarship (GMATS)
  • Download and fill out the GLSP Community Scholarship form
  • Have the form signed by the school's principal or the school district's Human Resource office
  • Send the completed application to the GLSP office
  • Students do not need to reapply each term, however students are bound by the honor code to let us know when their employment status changes
  • You will receive an email notification from the GLSP when we receive your completed form. 
  • Students who have been notified by the GLSP of their eligibility for the scholarship need only pay the registration fee, 60% of the tuition, and all course fees upon registration.
