Library Research Workshop
Whether you've been out of school for 10 weeks or 10 years, this hands-on workshop will help you refresh your skills in the constantly changing field of academic research. A research librarian will walk students through many of the relevant indexes, databases, reference works, and other resources available in the library. The workshop will introduce students to a wide range of resources available at the library, and help them to use the resources effectively. Students will have an opportunity prior to the workshop to tell the librarian which areas of research they are most interested in discussing.

Final Essay and Project Workshop Series
The GLSP conducts a series of workshops designed to aid students with their academic writing.
We encourage all GLSP students to attend a workshop.  In addition, the workshop is invaluable to students undertaking the final essay or project for the MALS or CAS. These workshops will answer questions about the guidelines, requirements, timeline for completion, and is required for students when writing the proposal.
