Prizes Awarded by the Department of Government

Davenport Prize: For excellence shown by seniors in government and politics

Parker Prize: To a sophomore or junior who excels in public speaking

Rich Prize: To a senior whose orations are judged best in composition and delivery

Skirm Prize: To a Government major to recognize the best research or writing project completed in his or her junior year

White Fellowship: To a graduate or  advanced undergraduate in the pursuit of post-graduate study
