ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION
2 STEP PROCESS FOR
ALL GRADUATE STUDENTS:
Enrollment for
the Fall 2011semester will open in your portfolio on Friday, September 2,
2011, at 8:30 a.m. and continue until Monday, September 5 , 2011, at 5:00 p.m.
You must use an on-campus computer to enroll. Please check and update your
emergency contact and address information. Your department is your mailbox,
please do not put the Office of Graduate Student Services as your department or
mail drop. This action is part of your enrollment. Your local
address is the address where you are currently living. Your home address is the
address of your permanent residence. International students must have a home
address in their country of citizenship. Please note that emergency contact must
include: name of contact, relation to you, and telephone number. Please
note: If you are unable to return to campus to enroll, you must contact the
Office of Graduate Student Services, prior to the first day of class, or you
will be charged the $25 fee for late enrollment. ABD students should have their
Faculty Advisors contact the Director of the Office of Graduate Student Services
to verify their type of ABD status.
Registration--Drop/Add begins
Monday, September 5, 2011, (first day of classes), after you have enrolled
yourself. You may Drop/Add from any computer on or off campus through your
portfolio. Drop/Add ends Friday, September 16, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.

If you are unable to register for your course or tutorial before drop/add
ends, you must petition to register the course(s). You may be subject to a late
fee. Petition and Late Tutorial forms are available in the Office of Graduate
Student Services, Room 130, Exley Science Center.
