How much does it cost?
The Dental Office at the
Community Health Center charges for
services on a “sliding scale” fee basis. That means when you bring a pay stub to
the Dental Office they will not charge you 100% of the bill, depending on your
income you pay a percentage of the bill.
For example: There are 4
billing categories that you could fall under which depends on your income,
number of dependents in your household.
Example: (According to
last year’s figures)
If you make $1785/monthly
and are single, you are category #4.
2 adults with a combined
income of $1785 are in category #3.
2 adults with a child
combined income of $1785 are in category #2 (50% off full price)

appointment for the comprehensive exam.
