Student Services

The Office of Graduate Student Services (OGSS) is the administrative center for all graduate students enrolled in the Master of Arts (M.A.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree programs at Wesleyan. General responsibilities include: admission, student academic records and registration, payroll and stipend maintenance, billing, health insurance administration, graduation/commencement, the Graduate Judicial Board, and the provision of administrative support to the Director of Graduate Studies, Research, and the Office of Residential Life.  The staff of the Office of Graduate Student Services is also responsible for the administration of all admission into the B.A./M.A. program in the sciences, the admission of graduate German exchange students from the Regensburg and Baden-Wurtenburg programs, the Native Language Teaching Assistants in the Department of Romance Languages, and the Ford Fellows in the Writing Workshop.
