university-sponsored insurance. The copay is $5 but you must inform the staff that

Wesleyan University will contribute to pay for a portion of graduate student health insurance. You must enroll during the fall to be eligible. YOU MUST RE-ENROLL EVERY YEAR TO CONTINUE YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE. Changes in your plan can only be made in the fall but you can drop your plan at any time.
