The Office of Graduate Student Services

The Office of Graduate Student Services (OGSS) is the administrative center for all graduate students enrolled in courses in the Master of Arts (M.A.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree programs at Wesleyan. The general responsibilities include: graduate admissions, student academic records, registration and enrollment, payroll and stipend maintenance, billing, health insurance administration, graduation/commencement, and the Graduate Judicial Board.

The Office of Graduate Student Services is also responsible for the administration of all admissions into the B.A./M.A. program in the sciences, the admission of graduate German exchange students from the Regensburg and Baden-Wurtenburg programs, the Foreign Language Teaching Assistants in the Department of Romance Languages and the Department of Asian Languages and Literatures, and the Ford Fellows in the Writing Workshop.
