Career Resources

The Office of Graduate Student Services collaborates with the Wesleyan Career Center to provide career services to graduate students.  Experienced career counselors are available to help with resumes, CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, mock interviews and to discuss general job search strategies.   Interested students are invited to call the Wesleyan Career Center at 860-685-2180 to make an appointment. 

Appointment hours for Graduate Students are available on the following dates:

Fall Break - Oct 15-16

Winter Break - Dec 17-21, Jan 3-21

Spring Break - Mar 11-22

Summer Break - Jun 1 – Aug 15

The Office of Graduate Student Services, in conjunction with the Graduate Student Association and the Wesleyan Career Center, hosts a bi-annual Graduate Career Symposium.  The symposium is comprised of a full-day of sessions with career professionals and alumni and faculty panels.  Presentations and panel topics are geared toward students completing advanced degress who are seeking careers in academia and industry.
