Tap Technique for moms and daughters who would like to learn the basics
of Tap Dancing. Fun, great exercise time for moms and daughters to bond
and learn something fun at the same time.
Tiny Tappers

8 weeks starting September 19 | $80 | Ages 5 to 7
This class for 5 to 7 year old boys and girls starts
with a center floor warm-up, followed by across the
floor tap technique, and concludes with combinations
to age appropriate music. This class is great
exercise, builds social skills, and is just plain
fun for all!
Balinese Dance

Join us for a 5-week exploration of Balinese dance.
With its similarities to other South and Southeast
Asian dance traditions, such as Indian and Thai
dance, Balinese dance is widely admired for its
beauty as well as for the ways in which it involves
the performer's total body, from the eyes to the
toes. Balinese dance has long fascinated artists and
choreographers the world over.

Salsa Students
Salsa

10 weeks starting September 16 | $150
This class will explore the roots and rhythms of
Salsa music.
Dancers will learn the major forms of the basic step
and turns involved in the dance as well as
individual footwork and shines. By the end of the
session, students will gain and distinguish an
appreciation for the Latin rhythms that make up
Salsa music and confidence in dancing socially.

Try Gia's gentle yoga class, which she has developed
over her experience since 1970. In this class you
will stretch and tone the muscles, bring awareness
and control to the breath, increase mind
concentration and focus, lubricate the joints,
strengthen the bones, massage and condition internal
organs, balance the mind and emotions, give
flexibility to the mind and body and strengthen the
nervous system.
Zumba GOLD

Zumba GOLD is an innovative and fun new exercise
program based on Latin dance moves set to exciting
music. It is designed for the active older adult
and/or people not used to exercising, or those new
to Zumba. Zumba GOLD is of lower intensity than
Zumba Basic. Wear comfortable workout clothing,
bring water and a hand towel and a 'Ready to Party'
attitude!
Yogalates

Come get the benefits of stretching and
strengthening in one class. Yogalates is a fusion of
Hatha Yoga and floor Pilates. Hatha Yoga focuses on
your breath while moving through classic yoga poses.
Floor Pilates uses the support of your mat while
focusing on the fundamental moves of Pilates. Bring
a mat and water, wear comfortable clothes and plan
to move bare foot.

Telling Voices

We've all got a story, what's yours? In this
multi-arts workshop we develop our sense of
ourselves through explorations in movement,
narrative, song, music, and visual arts. The goals
are to enrich participants range of artistic
expression, their creative voice, and self
confidence. Participants arrive at a new
understanding of their place in their community and
the greater world with a sense of joy and
self-awareness.
Movement for
Seniors

Move your body for health and happiness. Movement
for Seniors is for all abilities and is based on the
movement theories of Rudolf Laban and Irmgard
Bartenieff. Move to all genres of music while
increasing balance, coordination and greater
awareness. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and
supportive shoes or bare feet. Have fun moving in a
safe and supportive environment.
Nia

based on pleasure movements for the body, mind,
emotions and spirit. Nia blends martial arts, dance
arts and the healing arts into a routine fueled by

for all bodies; all fitness levels and promotes
moving "The Body's Way." We move bare foot. Wear
