Registration and Information
To ensure adequate facilities and the availability of meals, we ask that all attendees register in advance of the weekend. Each adult registrant (except Wesleyan students) will be charged a $10 registration fee. Meals and T-shirts are available at an additional charge.
Please register online at www.wesleyan.edu/hcfw, or use the attached registration form. Registrations must be received by October 3, 2008.
When you arrive on campus, please visit the Usdan University Center for a final schedule with locations and event updates, a welcome packet, nametags, meal tickets, T-shirts, and other important information. Registrants will receive a complementary tote bag.
Check-in hours are:
Friday 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m.–7 p.m. Sunday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Meals
Wesleyan’s on–campus dining options will be open throughout Homecoming/Family Weekend, or you may choose to dine at one of the many restaurants in downtown Middletown. For a list of area restaurants and information about making reservations in advance, visit www.wesleyan.edu/about/restaurants.html. A complete list of on–campus dining options and hours of operation will be available when you arrive on campus and check in at the Usdan University Center.
Meals Requiring Advanced Purchase
Please register for these meals online at www.wesleyan.edu/hcfw or use the attached registration form by October 3. Meal tickets will not be mailed to you in advance; they will be included in your welcome packet at the Usdan University Center.

A limited number of meals may be purchased on–site. However, if you do not register by October 3, we cannot guarantee that meal tickets will be available when you arrive on campus. A late fee will apply for tickets purchased after October 3.
Registration is not required for Saturday’s A Taste of Middlesex County lunch. All food will be available for purchase a la carte on site, with prices ranging from $1 to $9. Note: Student meal plans will not be accepted for A Taste of Middlesex County.
* Wesleyan students may use their meal cards for their own meals only. Student meal plans cannot be used to pay for family members and friends.
Refunds
Requests for refunds will be honored through October 3, 2008.
Parking and Shuttles
Ample parking is available at the Middlesex Mutual Parking Garage (two blocks from campus at the junction of Court and Main streets), the Vine Street parking lot (adjacent to the tennis courts), and the Freeman Athletic Center parking lots (Cross Street and Pine Street).
Shuttle vans will run regularly between these lots and all sites on campus.
If you need a ride from Bradley International Airport (Hartford/Springfield), Tweed Airport (New Haven), or from the Meriden or New Haven train stations, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with our student-operated shuttle service. To make arrangements, please contact the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations Interns at 860/685-2418 or interns@wesleyan.edu by October 3. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee off-campus shuttle service for requests made after October 3.
Box Office
Tickets for Center for the Arts (CFA) events are available through the University Box Office on the first floor of the Usdan University Center. You may also order tickets by phone at 860-685-3355 or online at www.wesleyan.edu/boxoffice.
Each performance requiring tickets is noted in this brochure. Seating is limited and many performances sell out in advance. All sales are final, and programs, dates, and artists are subject to change.
Children’s Activities and Babysitting
The Festival on Foss Hill (Saturday, noon–3 p.m.) will feature numerous activities for children and families including a magic show, face painting, temporary tattoos, and more. If you’d like to hire a private babysitter during Homecoming/Family Weekend, contact Rachel Gary, associate director of events, at 860/685-3527 or rgary@wesleyan.edu.
