Accessing the online Student Self Care Guide
The on-line Self Care Guide is made available to Wesleyan University students by
Wesleyan's Davison Health Center and WesWELL, the Office of Health Education.
The content of the guide was created by the American Institute for Preventive
Medicine. The guide is not meant to substitute for expert medical advice or
treatment. The information is given to help you make informed choices about your
health care. Wesleyan University is in no way responsible for any health related
issues resulting from your use
of information provided in the Self Care Guide.
The licensing agreement for the online self-care guide is strictly for the
Wesleyan community. In order to assure security of the site, you will be
prompted to enter your email user ID and password once you select
"agree" below. Accessing the site is completely anonymous and no
demographic data is collected.

center" Please provide your name, phone number and medical concern. If it is an
