There were 869 active participants and 208 retired participants in the plan at the end of the plan year. Premiums and claims paid on behalf of participants were: $245,080 to the Hartford Insurance Company for life insurance, short term disability and long term disability insurance; $7,043,544 to CIGNA for health insurance administration and claims; and $778,742 to Delta Dental for dental insurance administration and claims.
