This is the summary for Wesleyan University’s TIAA-CREF
and Fidelity Investments Retirement Program for Faculty, Professional
Librarians, Exempt Staff, Non-Exempt Staff (EIN 060646959, PN 001) for the
fiscal year ended June 30, 2006. The annual report has been filed with the
Employee Benefits Security Administration, as required by the Employee

the Employee Benefits Security Administration, as required by the Employee
Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). There were 868 active
participants and 209 retired participants in the plan at the end of the plan
year. Premiums and claims paid on behalf of participants were: $242,826 to
the Hartford Insurance Company for life insurance, short term disability and
long term disability insurance; $6,637,884 to CIGNA for health insurance
administration and claims; and $787,462 to Delta Dental for dental insurance
administration and claims.
