Monday through Friday
8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Weekly Paid Employees:
Weekly paid employees are paid one week in arrears for time worked and reported for the prior week. Pay dates are on Friday, unless otherwise noted. Once pay sheets are created, changes to job data, additional pay, and manager self-service applications will not be included in the upcoming payroll.

  Labor Day – time entry due by noon Friday 8/31/2012
  Thanksgiving – time entry due by noon Wednesday 11/15/2012
December schedule will be distributed at a later date.


Semi-monthly/Monthly Paid Employees:
Pay dates for semi-monthly are on the 15th and last day of each month, or in cases where these dates may fall on a weekend or holiday, the business day before. Monthly paid employees are processed on the second semi-monthly payroll of each month. Once pay sheets are created, changes to job data, additional pay, and manager self-service applications will not be included in the upcoming payroll.
