Support for Undergraduate Participation at Scientific Meetings
The
Wesleyan Hughes Program and our life science departments support participation at scientific meetings by Wesleyan Undergraduate
students. Support is available for students who are currently doing
research in a life science laboratory at Wesleyan, and who plan to give
a talk or poster presentation at the meeting. An abstract describing
the presentation should be submitted to the Wesleyan Hughes Office
prior to attending the meeting.
Students may apply for up to $500. When possible, matching funds should be provided by the sponsoring laboratory.
