Wesleyan Hughes Summer Outreach (WHSO)
As part of our summer research program, Wesleyan students are joined
by undergraduate students from other institutions. The program is open to all students
who reside in Connecticut or are currently attending
colleges and universities in the state of Connecticut. Students in
groups under-represented in the sciences, including minorities and
women, are encouraged to apply.
WHSO students perform research in a life science laboratory under the direction of a Wesleyan faculty member, and
participate in all parts of the summer research program, including weekly seminars and workshops, a symposium, various social
events, and the closing Poster Session. (See Summer Program and Menu to left.)
