Proposal to collect statistics on the use of instructional technologies within the curriculum.

We would like to start keeping track of the following in order to better understand who is using which services, which in turn will help us understand which ones we need to market more effectively, and which ones have saturated the market. For each course, we propose to track:

1. Course ID
2. Semester
3. Course Name
4. Prof Name
5. Prof Email
6. Department
7. # of students in class
8. Resource Type (blackboard, lyris, web page, on-line reserve, webct, etc.)

We also thought it might be interesting to track gender  and rank of prof, but worried that that might somehow get us into trouble.
