1. Room Assessmen (March 2014)

a) Room dimensions: Dimensions, the room is almost rectangular -there is a chimney- but the room dimensions are more or less20' wide X 12' depth X 9.6' high

cams2

b) Projection wall dimensions, 11' wide by 6' high

c) Current power for the screen, projector and rack, closet, podium, or closet.

The power outlet for the projector meets current construction code.

The main conduits are behind the rack and they run down to the basement. The one for the projector carries VGA, RCA and control. They cross the room underneath and then goes up on they West-North wall. The distance is under 50'. The audio cable was ran from the rack to the speakers without any conduit. We could reuse the existing cable and installation.

cams5cams6

There is a floor box underneath the table that is connected with the Rack via a pipe. Currently the floor box has one network jack and couple power outlets.

e) Type of ceiling, and consultation with physical plant for potential asbestos.

The ceiling is one piece, but we could use existing cables to pull the new wires. For this job will be necessary to hire Schultz the electrician (see picture section c).

f) Current distance from the projector to the cart, podium, closet, rack, or cabinet.

The distance is less than 50'.

The screen manual

l) Current light switches.

The light switches are at the main entrance.
