1. Status of faculty picture gallery (for Joy)
   Academic Affairs wants to be able to list all of the academic departments, and then for each department, show all of the faculty and staff, with pictures. 
   Status: semi-urgent. 
2. Finalize faculty input forms: where is the page?  Where will it be lashed into the portfolio?  Who will be given access to it (proposal: xian studies, african studies, chem, music)? Can we yet derive the cluster faculty from the input forms? 
3. Finalize dept chair/aa input forms: Where is the page?  Where will it be lashed into the portfolio? Who will be given access to it (proposal: xian studies, african studies, chem, music)?
4. Establish naming convention and filing system for templates 
5. Review timeline
6. Get jobs into communications work Q
7. Next steps: info on curriculum? meet with chemistry and music.
