Desktop Computer Support
Each Academic and Administrative department is assigned a
Desktop Support Specialist. These folks are a highly qualified team
of computer professionals whose mission, together with the rest of the ITS staff,
is to deliver timely, reliable, and expert service to
Wesleyan computer users. The Desktop Support Team
is comprised of Phil
Dean, Harriett Epstein, John Hammond, Shawn
Hill, Todd Houle, and Ben Jackson.
