Out of Office E-mail System
The Out of Office E-mail System is used to inform anyone who sends you an email that you
are away from the office for a period of time - a vacation,
leave, or other absence. The system works through a series of menus which ask:
- the start and end dates of your leave
- the text of the message (or forward) you want sent to anyone who sends you mail in your absence
The dates are kept track of so your personal message automatically starts
when your leave starts and ends.
