Essential Services Overview

Our purpose at ITS is to provide a full range of services which implement the best available technology in the Wesleyan environment and which further the mission and goals of the university.  These services encompass the creation and maintenance of Wesleyan's technological infrastructure and all the tasks that support the computing needs of our students, faculty and staff.  The strategic objectives supported by ITS  include all of the following:

• Strengthen the academic community including the supporting facilities and technology

• Continue to improve the campus life experience including the supporting facilities

• Continue to improve administrative efficiency

• Maintain and continually improve the physical and technological infrastructure

• Attract and retain the best students

• Continue to improve the quality of instruction
