About IMS
IMS employs over one hundred trained and knowledgeable students. Each of our groups and labs are guided by student managers that report directly to professional staff members.
Training and Customer Service
Student staff are required to undergo six months of intensive training that emphasizes customer service and offers foundations in the development of theoretical, practical and technical knowledge. The mandatory shadowing sessions where trainees work with current student employees allow potential staff members to learn essential classroom maintainence, video/audio editing and lab troubleshooting skills.
