Want IMS Events to help you with your event?
If you are a student and you want to use IMS equiptment, you must go through the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development. Email Nicole or call x2134. Specify the date, time, and location of the event, as well as the services and/or equipment you need. You must submit this request 5 business days before your event.
For faculty, staff and outside groups, please email IMS events or call us at x4877. You must submit this request 5 business days before your event.
