Student Groups
Student groups looking to hire IMS services for your next event must go through the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD). Email Tim Shiner or call x2467. Specify the date, time, and location of the event, as well as the services and/or equipment you need. You must submit this request 4 business days before your event (late fees apply). Once your event is submitted to the SALD office, you will receive a finalized quote from us based on your requested equipment.
Faculty and Staff
For faculty, staff and outside groups, please email IMS events or call us at x4877 to setup your event. You must submit your request 4 business days before your event.
