Clearing Lab and Library Print Queues

  1. Open IE (Internet Explorer) or Firefox on a PC. Or open Safari or Firefox on a Mac ( and go to: falcon.wesleyan.edu/printers)
  2. Logon with your network credentials
  3. From the new web page to which you have been authenticated select the printer you wish to manage.
  4. If there are jobs waiting in queue or there is a jam you will see all jobs waiting.
  5. Click the radio button for each job to delete from the queue (Document Actions).
  6. To return to the list of printers available for control click the All Printer link in the View group on the left side of the page.
