  2. My account info will not let me logon to any Mac.  What do I do?-----This has occurred with a few accounts. Call the HelpDesk and have your network account password reset. This has fixed every instance of this issue. You can also change your password from a PC, yourself if it is a valid PC password. Here is how:
    • Logon to a PC
    • Once you get to a desktop hit Ctrl-alt-del.  You will be presented with a dialog box.
    • Click the Change Password... button in the bottom-left corner
    • Follow the directions to change your password.
    • Log off the PC
    • Try your logon on the Mac
