How to Radmind

  1. Double-click the local hard drive (OS__X) to open it and see the contents
  2. Navigate to /OS__X/Applications/Utilities/Admin Tools/
  3. Double-click on Radmind Assistant
  4. You will be presented with the Radmind application launch screen. The only thing you may need to enter is the logon information (your credentials you entered when you logged on to the machine). All other settings are defaults. You merely need to click Continue to complete the Radmind process. Follow the screen shots to finish the process.

You may be asked to authenticate at any point during the process. The following box is what you will see. Use whatever ID and password you used to log on to the computer.

Depending on how long it has been since you had to last authenticate (enter your ID and Password) you may need to do it again to finish the reboot process. This is due to the fact Radmind runs the process with special Admin rights.

You have completed the Radmind process. Should you run in to an error while running Radmind try rebooting the computer and running the app, again. Should that also fail then report the issue and the exact error message to Christopher Caesar.
