Use of copyrighted material for teaching and learning is governed by U.S.
Copyright Law. To be sure they are working within the
boundaries of the statute, faculty are encouraged to use the guides below, or to
contact their academic computing manager or library liaison for assistance.
If allowance for use of copyrighted material under Fair Use or the TEACH Act
can not be made, permission must be obtained from the copyright owner.
