Adding media to a collection

After a collection has been created, cataloged media files may be added.

  1. In the main menu, select Work with Collections to display the Collection Management page which lists all of your collections.

  2.  
  3. On that page, click on the Add Media link associated with the collection you wish to work with to bring up the following screen.

  1. Enter a search term or terms which you used when you cataloged your files to find them to add to the collection. If you can not remember, enter your username to bring up all files that have been cataloged under your name.
  2. Click on the Select Media button to return a listing of your cataloged media that conforms with the search terms.
  3. Put a check mark next to any image you wish to add, or select Check all media, to add them all.
  4. Click the Add Media button to add the checked media to the collection.
