Cardinal Print and Copy

At ITS we are constantly looking for ways to expand and improve printing services offered to the Wesleyan Community. Our goal is to give you fast, accurate printing at competitive prices. Before sending a print job to an off campus vendor take a look at what we can do for you. To submit a printing request send an email to printing@wesleyan.edu or call at (860) 685-2132. Be sure to include the details of the job and the delivery deadline.

We are located in room 138 of the Usdan Campus Center. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 3:00. Our services are available to faculty, staff, students and non profit organizations. We accept cash, checks, student account, Middletown Cash, and smartkeys for payment.

We can wire bind up to 125 pages, that's 250 duplexed!

On Campus Mailing Lists

Our lists consist of Faculty, Staff, and Students. Students can be selected by class year. If you have your own list you can submit it with your job. (Lists must be saved in excel format). These lists can be sorted by: first name, last name, department and Wes P.O. Box.

Meeting Your Deadlines

We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. If you are planning a large job with a specific mailing deadline and would like to reserve time on our printing calendar contact us at printing@wesleyan.edu Include details of the job, the account number you would like charged, and the deadline that must be met. We will contact you to tell you when we must receive your job to make your deadline happen. We will also order materials and block off time in our print calendar to ensure that your job remains a top priority.

Approving Your Jobs/Quality of Image

At your request we will produce a sample printing for your approval. We will not proceed with the job until you are satisfied and sign off on the sample.

Quality of Image

We provide 600 dpi copy images and 1200 dpi print images.

Papers in Stock

We stock 8 1/2 x11 in white and several colors in pastels and brights, 8 1/2 x14, and 11x17 in white only.If you would like a sample of a color we stock send an email to printing@wesleyan.edu. Additional colors are available by special order. Special orders generally take 48 hours.

Folding & Inserting

We can fold up to 4 different sheets of paper in both 8-1/2x11 and 8-1/2x14. We can also fold and insert into number 10 business size envelopes. Please call for pricing.
