Cable TV Service for Wesleyan is
provided by Comcast. All service issues should be reported
to them directly by calling 1-888-737-8361 or at
http://www.comcast.com/Support/.
Please note that many problem
calls or calls relating to additional services require you to set
up an appointment with Comcast (which are typically scheduled for
Tuesdays or Thursdays between 8 AM - 11 AM) and be there
during the period they specify. Even though the work may only require a
few minutes, they are only able to provide a 4 hour window during
which they can come to attend to the problem any time.
