Email Systems

Wesleyan provides email accounts to all its faculty, staff, students and alumni. Students use our own customized version of Gmail, while faculty and staff connect to either Microsoft Exchange or "Cyrus," our legacy mail server. Each of these systems can be accessed directly via webmail, and each will also work with a wide variety of desktop email software and mobile devices.

Faculty and Staff 

• For Exchange, instructions are here for configuring email on a desktop computer and the most common mobile computing hardware. 
• For the older Cyrus server, here are setup instructions for desktop and mobile devices.

Download and install the Wesleyan holiday calendar. This will create a new Outlook calendar of the University holiday schedule. 

Students
