Campus Room Scheduling
Campus Room Scheduling and Calendaring is done through the Events Management System (EMS) and managed by the Events and Scheduling Office http://www.wesleyan.edu/eventscheduling/. EMS allows community members to browse facilties, select rooms and specific logistic details (food, IT support, room configurations, etc.) for all on-campus events. Public or community events can be submitted to the University Calendar for posting.
EMS can be accessed by all students, faculty and staff from their portfolios. Individual campus spaces continue to be managed by their respective departments. Specific EMS queries can be emailed to EMShelp@wesleyan.edu.
