Cardinal Technology Service Center

We repair and maintain computer hardware for the Wesleyan community as well as the general public. Please call for more information (860) 685-2700.

Location and Hours:

Located in room 116 in the Exley Science Center, we are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Labor Rates and Policies: 

Labor $75.00 per hour. Diagnosis Fee/Minimum bench charge $37.50.
A repair will be initiated and completed for up to $100 without consultation, unless previous arrangements have been made. Estimates will be given for work that exceeds $100.

Not responsible for items left over 30 days.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, departmental account numbers, and student account charges.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on any return of specially ordered items or opened items. [For more information...]

Equipment Loan:

Laptops and portable LCD projectors are available for loan to faculty and staff. Please read the policies carefully and fill out the online form to make a reservation.
