-
Supervisors should inform the front office of any student who has been
hired, terminated, or experienced a change in status prior to submitting a
timesheet.
-
At
the beginning of each fall and spring semester, supervisors will be
provided with a list of students who worked for them during the
previous semester. It is requested that these lists be reviewed,
updated, and returned to the front office promptly and accurately.
-
During
the fall and spring semesters, employment is limited to 15 hours per
week. This limitation allows students to focus on their academic
pursuits. During semester breaks students may work a maximum of 37.5
hours per week.
-
Student
wages are determined by the "ITS Student Wage
Structure."
Students' hourly rates are increased according to the structure (based on
supervisor discretion) as semesters are completed. Summer and winter
break are not considered a semester.
-
The
summer and winter break pay rate for students is $8.75 - $10.75 per hour.
See the
"ITS Student Summer and Winter Break Employment Guidelines."
-
Graduate
Students - Pay rate is $10 - $12 depending upon experience and

discretion.
