ElementK - Online Training

ElementK is a web-based training package now available to all Wesleyan faculty, staff, and students. ElementK provides an extensive library of self-paced courses which can be accessed from any browser. A wide range of courses is available with varying levels from beginner to advanced.  The offerings include all standard Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, FrontPage, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Project).   There is also an extensive selection of graphics, desktop publishing, and web design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, PageMaker, Acrobat, GoLive, Dream Weaver, and many more.

You can access your ElementK account from your home or office. You only need an internet connection and an account. Please send an e-mail to operations@wesleyan.edu to request an account. Once your account is established, open a browser and go to www.elementk.com and sign in. A history of courses taken and completed will be kept so you may enroll in courses requiring prerequisites.

Since there are not enough licenses for simultaneous usage by all members of the Wesleyan community, if your account is inactive for three months or more it will be recycled so another can use it. You can simply submit a new request for an account if you wish to resume using ElementK.
