Essential Things to Know

• You do not need to wait in line to register for telephone service.

• You will need a standard touch-tone phone. (Staples...)

• Your telephone number will be (860) 685-xxxx (your extension number).

• Your extension number should be written on your jack.  To verify your numbe call X-2022.  If you do not have dialtone please call WesTel at 685-2022.

• To set up your voicemail, simply dial 2222 and follow the prompts.. Remember, your temporary password is the same as your 4 digit extension number.
