Uses of the AP Multimedia Archive
The AP Multimedia Archive is provided by an institutional
subscription, under license, to Wesleyan University.

- YES You MAY make laser or desk jet prints of the
content.
- YES You MAY make printed copies of images for
book reports, term papers, theses, class handouts and
research.
- YES You MAY make "Power Point" type
presentations, overhead projection, slide shows, and other similar
multimedia presentations whose usage is confined to academic and
educational presentations at Wesleyan University and professional
conferences by current Wesleyan University faculty, staff and
students.
- YES You MAY transmit an individual image to a
specific e-mail user who is a current Wesleyan University faculty,
staff or student.
- NO You MAY NOT use the AP Archive photographs
for publication in newspapers, magazines, brochures, catalogs,
commercial announcements, calendars, posters, yearbooks,
playbills, newsletters, on t-shirts, or promotional items or for
commercial use or gain of any kind.
- NO You MAY NOT electronically transmit the
Archive and/or its constituent elements, or other such activity,
except as allowed to Wesleyan University users noted above unless
expressly authorized by Accu Weather Sales and Service in writing
and subject to payment of additional licensing fees specified by
Accu Weather Sales and Service.
- NO You MAY NOT electronically download,
manipulate or create derivative works in any media except as
allowed above.
