The ARTstor Library is licensed to Wesleyan University Library and its authorized users.

• YES You MAY access and use the ARTstor Library for classroom instruction and related activities including handouts, presentations, research, and student assignments.
• YES You MAY use the ARTstor Library for display or performance as part of a noncommercial scholarly or educational presentation such as seminars, classes lectures, conferences, exhibits, workshops, or similar noncommercial educational and scholarly activities.
• YES You MAY use the ARTstor Library for student or faculty portfolios, term papers, theses, and dissertations provided you follow the access restrictions noted below.
• NO You MAY NOT use the ARTstor Library for any commercial use and any use that is not educational or scholarly (such as reproductions in alumni materials, in advertisements, marketing, fundraising or commercial materials, or make the content available to someone else for commercial uses).
• NO You MAY NOT post any of the ARTstor Library content on an unrestricted website or in materials made available on the world wide web without access restrictions, or provide it to someone else who makes it available to the public.
• NO You MAY NOT adopt, modify or make a derivative work from content in the ARTstor Library, or remove a copyright notice from conent in the ARTstor Library. Authorized users are: individuals officially affiliated with Wesleyan University (staff, faculty, enrolled students, and affiliated researchers) individuals not officially affiliated with Wesleyan University but who have an educational or scholarly or similar association with Wesleyan University (visiting researchers and lecturers) individuals physically present in the facilities of Wesleyan University ("Walk-in Users")
