2. Lodging: Rooms are available at the Hampton Inn West Springfield. You have your choice of a room with two double beds or one king bed and a sofa bed.  The cost per night is $109 and with tax it will be about $125.00.  You can make room reservations by calling 413-732-1300.

3. In keeping with ALA’s environmental initiative Cup by Cup for a Greener ALA the meeting organizers encourage you to bring your own mug.
