Using SC&A Materials

Materials housed in Special Collections & Archives do not circulate.  All materials may be used in the reading room within Special Collections under the supervision of the SC&A staff.  Careful handling of materials is important.

Obtaining SC&A Materials

Although some materials may be paged upon demand, we suggest that all patrons request materials at least 24 hours before an expected visit to SC&A.  Materials may be requested by submitting an Item Request form.  Forms are available at the SC&A reception desk and on the table outside the door to SC&A.  Completed forms may be left in SC&A or slid under the door during hours that SC&A is not open.  Materials may also be requested by email to sca@wesleyan.edu.  Request forms are not necessary for the locations "Reference," "Office," or for theses written by the most recent class of Wesleyan graduates.
