Basic library services that users may request electronically 

How to Get Help--General information on how to request assistance in using the libraries at Wesleyan University.   

Interlibrary Loan--Request the loan of library materials from library collections outside of the CTW Library Consortium (Connecticut College, Trinity College, Wesleyan University).

Renew Library Materials--Renew Wesleyan University library materials online before they are due.

View Circulation Records--Displays information about library materials you have checked out, their due dates, items being held for you, or are overdue. 

Set up a Personal Research Session--Make an appointment with a librarian for extensive research assistance.

Ask a Reference Question--Submit a reference question electronically, set up a Personal Research Session, or access Reference Now Live Help!

Retrieve Materials from Storage--Electronic forms to request the retrieval of items from Special Collections or remote storage.  

Software Assistance--Click to arrange a personal session with a librarian for assistance in the use of a variety of software programs.  

Search for Missing Item--The item you need is neither checked out nor on the shelf!  Request a search for the missing item.

Suggest a Purchase--The library always welcomes purchase suggestions from library users.  

Comments or Suggestions--The librarians are always interested in hearing from you.  Send us your comments about library in general, or suggestions on how to improve our services. 

Apply for Faculty Teaching Assistant Library Cards.--Request additional library cards for teaching or research assistants who borrow library materials for faculty.
